1. Asteria sets a definite time period for ordering which is usually once or twice a month for about 10 days.

2. An estimated delivery date is always stated with each order announcement, which is usually 3 weeks from the order closing date. Delivery date might vary depending on ordering season. IF ITEM LOCATION IS IN CHINA IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM 2 MONTHS TO ARRIVE. All clients are requested to look into this matter beforehand or ask before ordering, as once the advance amount is placed we are not liable to refund it on such issue.

Asteria might not be able to bring some ordered items due to their unavailability in the website abroad. In such cases charges for that wont be counted. 3. It is quite impossible for the owners to give one certain time and date for product delivery as receiving parcels from overseas largely depends on the customs and cargo. Other than that any natural calamities/holidays/political chaotic situations/mismanagement of the respective website may delay the delivery for a few days. Therefore, only an estimation of time range can be given. Delivery can be a few days earlier or a few days later than the given time.

However, if we are late than our scheduled time we always let it know beforehand via a public status and request to consider the situation. If that is not satisfactory to any of our clients and shipment is delayed over a week than the estimated time, they can ask for money refund.

4. For home deliveries outside Dhaka, we send out parcels within 3-5 days of receiving complete cleared payments and full name+contact no+address.

5. Asteria will always offer an alternate solution for any damaged/lost parcel while shipping from overseas to Bangladesh which have been bought from ASTERIA's own selected sites. We would only request our clients to allow us some time to come to an agreement regarding such situations. We offer 2 solutions- a) To allow us to bring it in the next shipment again b) Partial or full money refund. (If Client provides any untrusted website link, this rule wont be applied)

**Shipping damage while sending parcels inside the country is however, under the responsibility of the courier company and Asteria will not take liability for any damage during parcel sending inside Bangladesh.


Compensation for damage during countrywide shipping will only be considered when it is due to

-improper packing without necessary precautions
-mentioning wrong address on the parcel

Clients are requested to show proper proof of our fault in such cases for compensation**

6. For any confusion or disputes, kindly contact the Asteria owners BEFORE ordering. We try to listen and reply to each and every question of all of our clients. Even then, as we are only human mistakes might happen and we would be grateful if it is considered.

7. We take pride in being 100% honest and fair in everything we do. We do not bring replica products in the name of the originals and always buy products from safe, official stores/sites. If we ever have doubt about the authenticity of the products we mention it to our clients beforehand.

8. Asteria is not liable for the quality of the products except for Asteria's own productions. WE ARE NOT THE MANUFACTURERS OF ANY PRODUCT, We only work as third party importers and thus cannot control the quality. Items are always, and ALWAYS bought from reputed websites/websites those clients mention. Clients can ask for invoices any time as the proof of purchase except for the store bought items. ALL PHOTOS SUPPLIED IN ASTERIA IS FOR REFERENCE. WE TRY TO FIND OUT THE CLOSEST MATCH OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT AVAILABLE IN BLOGS OR SITES BUT NO PHOTO SHOW THE EXACT PRODUCT WHICH WE ARE NOT TO BE BLAMED FOR.  

9.  Order list cannot be changed once they already have been bought and there will not be any refund of advance amount.

10. We aim at improving our services day by day and work hard for the satisfaction of all of our clients. In return we would appreciate our clients to be a little understanding and patient.

11. Due to the huge number of mails we receive everyday it is not possible to reply to everyone at an instant. We usually get back to you within 48 hours if there are no sudden rise of a situation.

12.  We do not hold any liability of product damage/loss if delivery is not taken within 30 days of product arrival notification.

HOW TO BID ON AN ITEM IN ASTERIA


If you are not genuinely interested in buying an item from ASTERIA, please let the others win!


BIDDING RULES AND PROCEDURES:


1. READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION COMPLETELY. For bidding on items, please join this group

2. The starting bid price will be stated with every picture.

3. A definite time period would be set, after which no bidding will be eligible.

4. A bid must be 10 BDT higher than its previous one, otherwise it would not be considered valid.

5. Item must be collected or full payment will need to be done within no less than 72 hours after each bid ends. Inability to do so will result in cancellation of the bid and item will either be relisted or the second highest bid will be counted as the winner.

6. Items will be considered sold to the one with last highest bid.

7. Only the bids following these rules would be counted.

8. If someone does not take an item after winning the bid that would automatically make him/her ineligible to bid on the next 5 items.

9. The bid items are not offered under free home delivery service, unless otherwise stated with particular bid post.
